1. Definitions

• “Seller” refers to Tomi Dimitrovski (DeNitro).
• “Buyer” or “you” refers to anyone purchasing the Sample Pack.
• “Product” means the digital Sample Pack (Test Template) you are buying, which currently contains only a placeholder/template and no actual audio samples.

2. Product Description & Disclaimer

The Product is provided as‑is purely for testing site functionality. No actual audio files or usable samples are included at this time. We strongly recommend you do not purchase this pack unless you understand it is a test template.

3. Purchase & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link to the template package only. The download may contain dummy assets or empty folders—this is intentional.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because the pack contains no substantive content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on this Test Template.

5. License & Usage

You may keep the template files for personal testing only. No commercial rights are granted—you may not sell, redistribute or publicly perform anything derived from this placeholder.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of this Product. Your sole remedy is to stop using the template and/or delete the downloaded files.

7. Modifications to Terms or Product

The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time—changes take effect upon posting. We may also replace the Test Template with a full sample pack in future; you will not be automatically charged again.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Ljubljana.
